Questions regarding your nutritional program will be resolved in the following 3 stages to end your month post surgery.

AL MES

"Your first solid food"

Soft solid first plan menu of main allowed foods will be provided during the first month.

AT 3 MONTHS

"Learning to use equivalences"

You will be provided with advice on how to eat with equivalences, you will know the NOVA classification and a guide to recommended labeled and unlabeled products will be sent.

AT 6 MONTHS

"Learning to go to the supermarket"

In this consultation we will talk about what is in your pantry to correct your mistakes and verify that the preference in purchasing natural products has been put into practice. You can store photos of products of interest to discuss with your nutritionist on the day of the consultation.

AT 9 MONTHS

"Like eating in a restaurant"

You will be given tips for going to restaurants, what to order? How to order? and we will talk about dumping syndrome.

AT 12 MONTHS

"Certificate of compliance and award"

You will be given a small test on what you learned in the follow-up year...·

AT 16 MONTHS

"How to read the nutritional label"

There will be a review of habits and generalities in decision making.

AT 20 MONTHS

"Recapitulate, consolidate, resume, reinforce"

You will be given a generalized summary of EVERYTHING learned, equivalences, etc.

AT 24 MONTHS

"Essential bases for long-term maintenance"

You will be taught statistics and factors that lead to weight gain.
