Lifetime maintenance

This program is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for patients who underwent a bariatric or metabolic surgery procedure, and completed the first year of the procedure. This program reinforces nutritional education based on equivalents, reading labels, creating individualized menus and the art of "eating in restaurants." This program includes:

3 nutritional consultations (can be taken in 3 or 6 months). Invitation to all monthly group sessions with support led by the psychology area. We know that our partner plays a fundamental role in taking care of our diet. Many times his or her positive influence has formidable actions, while negative influences have drastic repercussions. This program works, even if your partner is not overweight. If you have a partner it is highly recommended. It is designed for your partner, to take care of themselves and help take care of you.

The support included is that provided by our team of nutritionists at Obesity Health as part of your bariatric surgery program for 1 year. Go to nutritional monitoring. There is no extra cost for patients who had surgery at Obesity Health.
