What is the Obesity Health Sweepstakes?

The "Obesity Health raffle" is an INCENTIVE, in the form of prizes, that Obesity Health SC provides to ALL patients who have undergone a bariatric or metabolic procedure at Obesity Health. Obesity Health conducts this raffle with the aim of encouraging you even more during your life process. We know that the more reasons there are to carry out your follow-up consultations, the better the results are in the short and long term. We seek to motivate you more!

How does it work?

1. Every time our Obesity Health patient attends a video call or in-person consultation with any of the areas (nutrition, psychology, medical area or sports medicine), they can register on the "OH Raffle Registration" form to participate in the "Obesity Health Raffle". Each consultation is a ticket to participate, so the more often they attend their follow-up consultations, the more chances they will have to win.
2. As long as Obesity Health SC continues to offer the "Obesity Health Sweepstakes," you can enter for YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.
3. You can participate with the follow-up counseling that is provided, free of charge, during the first year. Once the first year is over, you can participate with the support packages that we have for you.
4. The draws will be held publicly through our social networks on the scheduled dates and times. See dates and prizes.
5. Obesity Health reserves the right to cancel the "Obesity Health Sweepstakes" without prior notice.

What are the requirements to participate?

1. Be a patient who has undergone a bariatric or metabolic procedure at Obesity Health, such as gastric sleeve, Roux-en-Y bypass, Minibypass, SASI Bypass, Revision Surgery, Intragastric Balloon, among others.
2. Register on the "Obesity Health Sweepstakes Registration" form. At the end of your follow-up consultation, on the same day, you must register. If you are drawn with a prize, we will check with our notes or the code provided, that you have taken the consultation in which you participated.
3. Be registered in the "Obesity Health Official Support Group" on Facebook. We suggest you open a Facebook account to register. If you are not registered in this group, you cannot participate in the raffles. Enter the support group.
4. Do not register more than once after each follow-up consultation. If we detect that you have registered more than once per consultation, your participation in that consultation will be automatically cancelled.
