RULES OF OPERATION
You must sign up as an Obesity Health promoter. The subscription IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, so there is no commitment or employment agreement of any kind with the people interested in participating. Sign up as a promoter. The fixed commission is $3,000 (three thousand Mexican pesos). The commission is obtained ONLY when your prospect undergoes a surgical procedure for the treatment of obesity or diabetes with Obesity Health SC, at any of its locations. The commission will be paid by direct deposit to an account ONLY at Banorte, Banamex, Santander, and Bancomer accounts. The commission will be paid exclusively between the 1st and 15th of the month following your prospect's surgery. This commission ONLY APPLIES TO GASTRIC SLEEVE SURGERY AND GASTRIC BYPASS. Does not apply to other procedures also performed at Obesity Health SC GASTRIC BALLOON PLACEMENT IS NOT APPLICABLE. You must REGISTER YOUR PROSPECT AT LEAST 1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR SURGERY (although we recommend registering them before your first initial evaluation consultation, or from the moment you know that your prospect is interested). If the registration is not done prior to the week before your surgery, the commission will NOT be awarded. If 2 or more promoters register the same prospect, THE COMMISSION WILL BE PAID ONLY TO THE FIRST REGISTRATION OBTAINED. That is why it is recommended that you register your prospect from the moment you see genuine interest in performing the procedure. Obesity Health SC is responsible for monitoring the first registrations in our database, without the right to reply. Obesity Health SC reserves the right to terminate a promoter, without the right to reply, if it is considered that he or she does not comply with ethical and honesty standards. Obesity Health SC reserves the right NOT TO GRANT commission to prospects who are candidates for philanthropic, support or aid programs by Obesity Health SC. Obesity Health SC IS NOT OBLIGED to notify promoters of any change or modification to the "operating rules", so promoters are invited to read them regularly.
