Steps to follow
1.- Requirements

2.- Create your own video
Use your imagination to create your video. It should be a story that inspires other people to change, to improve their health with the tool of surgery and perseverance.
3.- Register
Registration is required to participate in the contest. You can do so using the form on this page.
4.- Upload your video
Upload your video in a timely manner using this link. The name of your video must be your full name.
5.- Diffusion
Keep an eye out for your video to be published so you can share it with your friends and family and ask your friends to leave comments and "likes."
6.- Claim your prize
If you are the winner, it is time to claim your prize and prepare for the next contest.
Requirements: Be a patient who has had surgery for obesity or diabetes at Obesity Health. Be at least 6 months after having had the surgery. Create a HORIZONTAL video, lasting 2 to 4 minutes. The video can include testimonials, activities, tips, phrases from the patient as well as friends or family. The content of the video is optional, related to your story as a patient, the benefits obtained, the activities you can now do, as well as unpublished or creative content. You must register in the form (below) to be able to participate. You must upload your video through this link the month prior to the month chosen to participate. Example: If you selected to participate in the month of September, you have the opportunity to upload your video until the last day of the month of August. You can request the name of the videos that will compete at info@obesityhealth.com.mx for follow-up. The participating videos will be published at the same time, between the 1st and 5th of the month you wish to participate, on the Obesity Health YouTube channel. Obesity Health SC reserves the right to NOT CONSIDER videos with immoral, unethical, unrealistic or poor quality content for the contest. You can share the video with your friends, family, create independent pages to promote or distribute your video. The last day of the month at 9 pm will be the cut-off. You can also review the videos that competed in the month and determine if yours is the winner. In the case of videos with very small differences in scores, the rating will be final for the one with the highest score. The prize payment will be made in cash at the offices of Obesity Health SC during office hours or through electronic transfer provided that you provide a valid RFC. The $6,000 prize will be delivered exclusively between the 5th and 15th of the month following the contest. Obesity Health reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time it deems appropriate. If you were a winner, you can no longer participate in this contest. But we invite you to participate in the "Free your imagination" contest. If you were not a winner. You can enter the contest again (up to 3 times), as long as the video you submit is significantly different from the previous one. The months to participate in the Confidence Story contest are September, October, November, December 2020 and January 2021.
